[fixed] Loss of network connectivity on opal4

2019-07-19 20:54 UTC: The remaining network issues have been resolved.
2019-07-19 18:23 UTC: We’ve had a few customers report lingering connectivity issues that are slowly improving. Leaseweb reports that the issue is resolved, but we’ll continue to monitor.

2019-07-19 14:06 UTC: Leaseweb has amended their initial assessment of the outage: “Our onsite engineers have determined the issue is not related to power and currently possible issues with our network cross connects are being investigated.”
2019-07-19 13:44 UTC: At 6:00am US Central time (13:00 UTC) our monitoring system alerted us to a loss of network connectivity to opal4.opalstack.com located in Dallas TX. Our data center provider (Leaseweb) has stated that the issue is caused by a power outage. We will update this post when more information is available.
